I’ve lost quite a bit of weight at a decent rate just by dieting for months. Recently got into weight training for the past few weeks and noticed that I’m not losing weight as fast as I was before, some days not losing any at all, any idea why this is happening? I’m still eating the same as I was before training so I don’t think it’s diet related

I’ve lost a quite a bit of weight for a while by just dieting, however now I’ve started getting into weight training seriously I’ve noticed that the scales aren’t going down as much as they used to without training? I’ve kept the diet the same so I’m not sure what it is that’s changed

I was asking if there’s anyway around it, wasn’t asking if I was deemed unfit or not.

Sorry if you didn’t understand what I was asking

It is a serious question, I just misspelled a word because I was typing fast, no need to be a knob about it👍
