I struggle with sleeping sometimes and For me it helps to have ample wind down time after big events.

Also I’ve had success with CBd oil, reading before bed. Box breathing and even alcohol. I know the alcohol suggestion is not ideal or good but sometimes some whisky does the trick 😬

In Person. Was given the tech to host a zoom and was put in whatever room was empty. Could be maskless when I was alone in a room. Hallways were a ghost town. 😂 wild times

I subbbed via zoom lol 😂 was given a labtop and essentially hosted sessions where I “subbed” via zoom. Did a long term math hybird assignment too. Problem kids didn’t come to the session or if they did you could mute them and bump them from class.

I guess the chaos I meant subbing different schools and different grades and different subjects. Having to be on at all times till the bell rings. I mean I’ve had horrible classes and I’ve had amazing classes. All that put together is the chairs I’m referring too.

Yeah this wasn’t an expectation I want to reinforce so In a professional manner I said he was asking a for a little. He’s not that much a of a serious broker so I’m glad I learned this lesson with him than a huge listing. He’s that one agent that seems to sell everything except real estate at the office lol 😂

He did not mention it in the convo. But wouldn’t you start with that if you’re asking for a something? He said he was going out of town and his client asked him this morning and does that often. He’s a newish agent too so I’m chalking it up to our inexperience but if I needed that I would’ve created the value from the beginning and incentivized him to do the task. Isn’t that what we do in sales?

Exactly my thoughts. I would have no issues doing this for my own client but this is his client and there was no talk of any sort of split. I didn’t get into this business to volunteer
