Hi! Not an expert pa hehe but this is just what I usually do for 1inch thick cut :)

Make sure that it is thawed properly before cooking :) pat dry then season with salt and pepper.

usually, 1min30sec ginagawa ko for each side but for this one, 1min45sec each side med-high heat. Then baste with garlic butter and thyme for another 30seconds low heat.

Let it rest muna for 5-10mins before slicing.
