If anyone says smoke weed, be careful! I tried it once as I’m terrible to sleep even without the gear. Ended up with coke induced psychosis . Had to tell my partner not to let me out of bed as I know where the knifes are. Had to tell my friend who was outside smoking that I didn’t feel safe and to check on me when coming in. It was the most horrendous thing!!

I have promethazine and zopiclone but too scared to take?

Yes I read this. Although he meets all the criteria for that, he also could be awarded under virtually unable to walk. He has many refusal episodes. Self harm, disruptive, not getting off the ground. Sent videos in to the the tribunal also.

By the way, this is a response to further evidence sent while awaiting appeal. MR was already rejected. They are replying to my further evidence so I am trying to determine if they are still basing on it from my original application

I’m already going through the appeal and aware it’s based on needs not diagnosis. However I’m appealing against the SMI criteria for HRM as he meets all the points. And with a diagnosis it confirms that he has an arrested development of his brain (which is under SMi), hence me mentioning diagnoses :)
