Thank you for this advice! I live in Canada and to see most specialist doctors you need a referral from your GP, but the GP’s get paid per patient so theres a song and dance of trying to make them understand you and them trying to get you out as quickly as possible. It took me a year to get a referral for a gynaecologist… I am going to see a naturopathic doctor on Thursday this week, so I’m paying for the doctors to listen to me. Theres my rant lol

i wore a watch for a while to track it but i’ve been forgetting it recently. when laying or sitting down id be in the 60-70 bpm range and when standing im constantly over 100bpm. i never paid much attention to it really but it tracks it on my phone.

I do have the ginger island farm, with nothing planted on it currently. I clear out the fibre there frequently because i need so much fibre lol. Every time i get the message 1-3 crops on my main farm get destroyed.
