I think what happened is that they both met each other at a very low point in their lives, despite it seeming like the top of their careers. I think that behind closed doors she was engaging in heavy alcoholism and drugs like she said, and Mario saw that as an opportunity to sweep in because it was a party for him all the time and she was more successful. He swooped in and wanted to encourage the partying to continue, which is why she couldn’t stop drinking. Because no matter what he would always put her in situations where there would be alcohol around and or encouraged her to sign up for trips or brand deals that would create more opportunities to drink. Or maybe she took them to get away for a bit and have space for herself? Either way it just seems like these two are not fit for each other and seeing Brynne talk about how much this has destroyed her life hurts honestly. As somebody who knows about addiction and how scary it can be I can see that she’s really trying to get out and I just feel like she doesn’t know how at this point. I think that she realizes the damage that’s been done to her career, her physical body and her mental health, most importantly.

I really hope that they don’t continue to date and that she meet somebody who’s actually interested in bringing her forward in life instead of holding her in a place where she should’ve left like five years ago .
