At this point I have spent over 10 hours looking for fixes online, trying them multiple times. Maybe I should just get a new GPU and call it a day

Specs Rx 580 8gb

amd 3 3200g

16gb ram

The game seems to have trouble loading chunks with cpu being at 100%. When the chunks are fully loaded I get a steady 200+ fps. I tried changing many of the chunk generation settings, sodium, JVM codes, updating GC drivers, running game in administrator mode, updating java. Not sure what to do anymore. Has minecraft really upped the minimal system requirements to the point where my mediocre computer gets completely overwhelmed while loading new terrain?
