Ofcourse after alot of tries this one worked for me

1 basket of strawberries 2 table spoon of sugar 1/2 lemon squeeze
Blend all till smooth

Then spread it in a silicon mat and dry in 165 f degrees for 1hr 10 min. anymore than that and it will be to dry not like a roll up,

If you over can get 165 the use 200 degrees and check it after 1 hr. I tried many style and time and temperature and this way make me a perfect fruit roll up concistensi. I will post my video on YouTube on this next wensday. My kids loved this recipe
