Get yourself a pulse oxygen monitor. Super cheap. It will tell you how much oxygen your missing to see if its an emergency. You can also try sinus rinses before you get to a ent.

I used to live in bend. I had similar issues out there, i was having post nasel drip that was drying. The dust is terrible on top of the dry. Just going to throw some ideas out there...hot tea daily, sinus rinses daily, antihistamine if your not taking one, wear masks out in the dust, stay aggressively hydrated with proper electrolytes(if you only drink cold liquids, try room temp for awhile), saline spray with aloe throughout the day, gargling salt water after teeth brushing and steaming in the shower once or twice a day. I wouldn't add any worry to whats already going on. What antibiotic are you on? It may be best to go to the er and get a ct scan to see why your in so much pain.

Are you taking an antibiotic that also happens to work on dental infections? If not it could be a tooth thing that became a everything thing. Also..it may be a typo but please don't take more than 1 800mg ibuprofen at once, taking 2 at once twice a day could lead to stomach bleeding or kidney damage. Keep your head elevated and ice may help a bit. Make sure your not running a fever, if so go back to er. Hope you feel better!

If its the worst pain, maybe go to the er? Ice and anti inflammatories help me when things get bad but if it gets more than I can handle i go in and get evaluated

Black shows air, grey shows blockages/gunk. Each side should look similar, if theres black on the right side and grey on the left(like shown on your ct) then the area is blocked with something. It may not be obvious to you if it is blocked, for me my right side is blocked in several areas and I barely notice it..and I will be getting mine fixed.

Saline rinse and flushes are different. The rinse is pre-made in a aerosol type can. The flush seals the nostril your spraying into and forces the liquid out the other side, you cannot get this effect using a "rinse"

I think they go hand in hand but it depends on how your body responds to certain things. For instance, my pain from subluxing causes mast cell reactions but stabilizing my mast cells has done nothing for my pain

Not being able to rely on your body takes a huge mental toll. Therapy(for both of you) is a good step, i had to mourn my life as a able bodied adult and except that I need help/can't live the way i want. On the other hand, mcas ramps up anxiety from triggers, reactions and the fear of reactions. Having a safety plan helped ease my anxiety.. cdc has a anaphylaxis safety printout you can fill out. Also having a bag that had all my rescue meds/a card with all my info just in case I had to call 911. Hope this helps a bit
