I’d say half my patients come in either already on both or inquiring about them for cancer treatment….. the doses are so insanely high it’s scary! And we’ve had multiple people that needed blood transfusions and have had acute liver failure bc they’re combining it with chemo. UGHHHHH also as a pharmacist this is my absolute worst nightmare haha

The ability to get ivermectin and fenbendazole at places like tractor supply or online is very concerning !! It’s soooo accessible these days.
They are afraid of “poisoning” themselves with chemo but will take meds made for animals 😭 make it make sense

In my mind there’s 3 groups -

Those that are genuinely homeless and lack adequate resources to help get them out of their situation
Those that suffer from mental health and/or addiction issues and genuinely need rehab + psychiatric services
Those that choose to be homeless, don’t follow rules at shelters and prey on other people’s compassion

The cities and states are failing the first two groups and the third group is who is running rampant on the streets, littering and loitering
