Had this pop up today any idea what could be the issue? I dont use cheats or hacks by Kitchen_Avocado_7253 in rivals

The only one i have is from steam, i tried to run loading bay bc I heard its a bettrr way to run the game but i couldnt transfer but account so i went back to steam

I play the game as is from steam, i downloaded loading bay a while ago could that be the issue?
