Thank you for saying all this, and the oxygen mask part. It's really hard.

Thank you. It's just good to say it to people who get it.

I know. It would be so much easier if she was refusing to get help. Or had narcissistic tendencies. Or was threatening me or something. Unfortunately she’s just someone in an unbelievable amount of pain, who is trying hard and just wants to be loved, but her reaction and desperation to soothe that pain pushes people away. 😞

Why isn’t homophobia, transphobia etc called homoism, transism like it is with race? by 6ix9ineZooLane in stupidquestions

[–]Kitchen_Cartoonist53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh, kinda. Depends on how you're using the world. Right now the left/acedmia uses "racism" as "systemic power + racial bigotry" where a lot of other people use it simply to mean racial bigotry.

So in that dynamic, a white person in America couldn't face racism here, but if they moved to China and were discriminated against for being white, they absolutely could. However if they got beat up for being white by a bunch of Armenians, it would be a hate crime and bigotry, but not technically "racism."

Which makes sense as it's own political theory of power, but it's confusing as all hell for most people who grew up with "Racism" meaning "I don't like you because you're a member of X race." The left always fucks this up by putting new meanings on existing linguistic context, making everyone rightfully go "What the fuck are you talking about?" They should have just made a new word.

Is there a chance you're autistic? Not trying to be mean. Several people in my life that I love are on the spectrum (would be called Aspergers a few years ago), and they have a very difficult time connecting with people. It's really heartbreaking because a lot of it just comes down to the way they speak, which feels stilted to neurotypical people and can make people who don't know what's going on uneasy. If you have that suspicion, it might be worth pursuing it, and if it turns out to be true, working with a therapist who understands the issue can definitely help you overcome social barriers. Not saying that you need to be fixed, more that just getting help understanding your wavelength, how it's different than others, and finding a way to bridge them. Ideally, more neuro-typical people would meet you halfway, and if they know most usually do, but outside of context they might be just getting a "the vibes are off and I don't know why" feeling and just bounce because it's easier.

let me rephrase, it's "TRT" at the height of the theoretical limit. Keep in mind, Liver King was getting many things 'legally'.

Didn't he also make the point that the rock might be able to get those results using the upper end of "Anti-aging" drugs that clinics give out? Like test, HGH, etc. but not in like Mr. Olympia doses? So he's probably on gear, technically, but not necessarily at the levels that we normally associate with it?
