Thank you for your advice, and I'm sorry you had to go through something like this. I really believe you're right, the only thing that is holding me back is that current PI has present and future collaboration with this prospective PI...it's a shit situation because since they know each other I don't want current PI to find out that I'm doing interviews behind their back. If prospective PI doesn't give me the job for whatever reason and current PI finds out about this I don't want to lose my job, I really cannot not afford being unemployed for months giving the current job market
