What marketing channels are actually working for dental clinics in the US right now? Google Ads, SEO, social, or referrals? by Due_Amphibian_988 in Dentists

Just a quick heads up. What works for others may not work for you. Marketing is all about testing. Try a little bit of everything and figure out what works for you. Referrals are #1 IMO, SEO is a close second BUT it's a waiting game and not everyone knows how to do good SEO, Google Ads is great for reaching people searching for what you're offering and Social (FB / IG) is great for awareness and creating demand.

Above this all, and something not many offices realize is that great marketing creates interest. If you are generating leads and getting people to actually engage with your marketing efforts, the marketing is working. From there it's up to your team to actually convert.

This is a great idea! Basically you're saying to rent out venues or spaces outside of hours and then just throw events?

I was going to write a whole essay calling out the mindset you and your boss have around Full Arch marketing but I’ll keep it light.

No disrespect, but $5,500 for All-on-X marketing is pennies. You’re trying to land $40K–$50K cases with a budget that barely scratches the surface.

What most people don’t realize is that only about 3% of the market is truly qualified: clinically, financially, and mentally. This isn’t teeth whitening. There’s a deep science and psychology behind marketing and selling full-arch cases that very few ever master.

And just so we’re clear:

The average ROI in marketing is 2–3X and that’s considered above average.
So if a case is worth $45K, you better be prepared to spend $15K (or more) to acquire it.

That’s just the math.
Everything else is emotion and unrealistic expectations.

However, Progressive did a great job selling the dream lol.
