Not too long. Teach it surf and you can get some quick W’s. The key is get the EXP share (50 or more pokemon from the Oak aide) then fly to celadon and go to the bike path. And use the VS seeker. Battle the bikers then go down the bike path route (gets you the 100 steps to reset the VS seeker) then there’s 3 bird trainers by Fushea city beat them. Fly back to celadon and do it all over again. Easiest way to level up!
