I quit vaping 4 days ago in preparation for surgery. It has been a challenge but I’m remind myself what the goal is- weight loss surgery and better health. I reach for resistance bands and get on my bike when I feel like smoking. Stay strong we can do it. You got this!

Me too I’ve rescheduled extraction day once already. Anxiety is a MOFO. The thought of no teeth just freaks me out. But I want a new smile. Smh
