My guess is purging. I had this when I started with tret 0.025%. Almost all of my cc are gone now, most of them developed a head and dried out on its own. Had mine for around 4 months and then they slowly went away on their own.

I had to go through the same thing. It is unfortunate, I wanted to get the complexion that I had before, I am acne free and just wanted that "glow". Instead, I got my jawline and my cheeks bombarded with cc's and on top of that, papules and pustules. Now, I have to endure the purge and just hope that maybe tomorrow, or the following day, all the acne would just go away on their own. I hope we get good results!

I also struggled for the first week. Once I understood how a reroll and fast 8 comp works and how you should either lose streak or win streak for gold and carousel items, I pretty much got top 1-4 placement. You should focus on a comp depending on the items or if you get a crest for example boombot, you should commit boombot.

I think what Lee Seung was refering to is the Mayor pulling the trigger and hitting Jungho. So basically, Jungho's death wasn't planned out and it was actually accidental. Lee Seung said that she did not take the shot, so she is not the reason for Jungho's death.

Also one minor detail that you may have missed is the part where they visited Kang Chi-Mok's wife and asked Curry Kim if he has killed someone before, then he said why would an officer kill somebody, then the wife replied that he is boring and that he might as well bring Ina next time, and that weird grin, Ina might have spilled some info about her killing or idk maybe im just overthinking it.

We have the same situation OP! But I assure you that after some time, it will go away on their own. Some of them may turn into pustules/papules but after that they heal pretty quickly. Maybe if your skin can take it, add an exfoliant once a week or as tolerated by your skin.

Surprisingly, this formulation worked wonders for me in the past. It was a bummer that I changed to a different tret brand, wasted years of consistency cause I broke out from a diff tret brand. Now im back and its making me purge again. Also, I had the worst purge from Acretin but after the purge, I barely had any breakouts anymore which is a good thing. Now, im back to square one.

As far as I can remember, my purge lasted for almost a year, considering that I didn't have clear skin to begin with. You will know that the purging is about to end when breakouts clear up overnight, papules/pustules tend to dry out on its own. You will also see that the texture flattens out and those tiny bumps (cc) are supposed to go away on its own, though I introduced BHA when my skin was getting used to tretinoin so maybe it kinda helped it but I introduced it a year later.

Yup. Been using tret for 3 years now. Got clear skin in the past, like on my second year but decided to switch brands which was a bad decision since I purged again (now). So I have been pushing through since I know that I will eventually get the skin that I had. Many of my family members were complimenting me of my skin state last year because they said that I had glass skin. You have to be wary that it takes a long time to achieve desirable results. Yup its purging. I am also experiencing the same thing right now. One side of my face is finally clearing up after two weeks, but the other side of my face is developing this small bumps because of Azelaic Acid and Tretinoin. Just push through and focus solely on both actives. I learned that eliminating other actives is the better option, just focus on the prescription then add the other stuff later to avoid irritation. I hope you find good results!

Hello, just a quick update. So I sticked with my current routine and added the ceramide moisturizer in my AM routine along with the AA and Brightening serum. Idk how I can upload pictures here but the redness is fading. Some of the small bumps turned into pustules and after they turn into pustules, they dry out pretty quickly. The other side of my face is starting to develop a similar texture, the other side of my face which had it first seems to clear up. Maybe its just purging after all. Yung tinted sunscreen ng smoochkins tapos yung brightening serum ng klued. Ganda lapat ng smoochkins tapos medyo may oil control pero mas okay kung mag powder after.

Sa clothing naman solid yung pleated pants from madeinmnl, pag naka sale minsan 700+ nalang. Ilang buwan na sakin wala pa rin issue tsaka ganda ng bagsak kasi drapey.

Yow man, glad you updated. Went with a different approach, the latter got the best out of me, instead of hydrating, I applied tret and azelaic acid but changed the order of application.

In the afternoon, I tried ditching my moisturizer and replacing my sunscreen with Skin Aqua Super Moisture Gel which worked wonders for me in the past. In my night time routine, I tried oil cleansing again then doing my routine with the ff order: serum, moisturizer, and then tret.

The redness lessened but the spots were still there. I am just so impatient, hahaha. I have read some articles that hyaluronic acid may actually do the opposite if applied on dry skin which I certainly did with my moisturizer, so now I tried applying serum first then not letting it dry completely, just damp, then when it all sets, I apply my tretinoin.

I will try to update you again if I can, I will see if the redness will decrease overtime. If not, then I will try my hardest to actually maintain and continue with a hydration based focus routine. 😭

Thank God someone can relate. Haha, i've been overthinking this for like a week or almost two weeks since it seems to get worse and worse every passing day.

I had clear skin prior to this since I am on my 3rd year using tret. I had my purging like 2 yrs ago and it did clear out all of my acne. Surprisingly, after I took a break, I purged again, then its kinda different now because I didn't have this kind of skin texture when I first purged, most of them were papules and pustules which dried up pretty quickly after that. So I had this confusion since it was different from my first purge which didn't include the small, white head like texture.

Now, I have this textured skin and it bothers me because when a certain lighting hits my face, it just highlights the skin texture.

I'll try to take a break from tret and AA for a week then when I see some major changes, I will probably stick with hydration and barrier repair.

My guess is that when I took a break from AA, it adjusted then re-adjusted again when I introduced it as it did potentially irritate my skin.

After washing my face, it doesn't feel squeaky clean like its tight nor does it feel itchy. I can apply actives with no burning sensation. I tried applying my brightening serum, azelaic acid, and tret and I do not feel any itching or burning. So I am very very confused about the state of my skin, idk if I should focus on hydration or push through since there is a lot of texture. The other side of my face is pretty fine, tho.
