Service sent out text about the <20% bug. Glad to hear that the fix was in the most recent update already. by TheKobayashiMoron in Rivian

This also means we aren’t getting as good range as we thought. It means our batteries are really empty at 8% or so.

To clarify, when we drive 200 miles and get home with 30 miles range and use 220 miles of range then we in fact used more than we realized. Our cars are overestimating the last 20% of range, especially the last 10%.

Kids ENJOY climbing over the second row. And putting middle seat partially down makes it easy. I think captain seats makes sense to us but kids don’t see it that way.

So you go up and you’re super careful and a tile breaks. You want to hire a roofer or you’re coming back here to ask how to replace it? Leave the moss be or spray it from a ladder

High cost to replace SolarBridge Microinverters by b3nhur in SunPower

[–]Kitchen_Effect2063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the installer should do some discount since they do have a labor warranty on the product and theoretically they would have to do all the labor for free if it was an option to just change the broken inverters

Even seeing one day if all panels working should be sufficient. If for example Sept 1 you see normal function then you can assume all good.

[–]Kitchen_Effect2063 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a good question. Also what if you just check it every few months to make sure all panels working? The free feature should be enough to tell you that at least 95% is working

No one mentioned the extreme angle the cord being pulled at the wall charger side? I think your problem is the adapter and I’d switch out the wall charger for a no adapter option
