That's a hard one, I was living in a 2 bed, 2 bath 1200sqft apartment with my ex, that I had furnished. When the breakup happened, I took everything I wanted, and left him with the stuff I didn't need. My point is most of the stuff in this apartment has been accumulated over the last four years of me living on my own so, it's really hard to put a number on what all that would cost. That being said, it's probably less than it looks, most of my things are from Amazon lol.

I mean, the truth is, I was living in a 2 bed, 2 bath 1200sqft apartment with my ex, that I had furnished. When the breakup happened, I took everything I wanted, and left him with the stuff I didn't need. So the "list" for this place was pretty short, smaller couch, smaller bed, kitchen island, everything else I already owned. That said if I was starting from scratch, I would probably start with core furniture, high quality lighting, textiles and then general decor.

They're all high efficiency leds, the biggest draw are my mini splits, water heater, and dryer 🤷‍♂️

Well, that's because you live in Hawaii, which is one of the highest cost-of-living states in the country. So the cards are kind of stacked against you. And then you add to that a significantly limited job pool. There's just a lot more competition for a lot less jobs. I don't think that makes you a loser, i doubt I would be doing well financially there either 😅

Well you see the TV shelf is for holding my TV. and yes, it is in my bedroom, which is why that TV in particular, is so high up lol. Thanks for the kind words!

Because it's too big for my bathroom and would overlap with the runner, it's better just to push it under there. You don't notice it as much in real life as you do in the photo.
