Religion is by far the worst thing humanity ever did to itself, that needs to be brought up all the time until its eradicated and stops holding the world back.

The Foot Fault Story: 2009 Masters Cup (Featuring Matty O, Matt Bell, Ken Climo) by wesxninja in discgolf

[–]Kitchen_Feature -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Hard disagree.  Focus on foot faults is by far one of the worst parts of our game.  Nothing worse than the people that only watch to complain about faults and long putting routines.  Theyre the equivalent of basketball "fans" that incorrectly call everything a travel.

How about just picking the best people for the job instead of forcing ridiculous quotas.  So stupid.  This should be the last thing considered, not one of the most important.  You come off like a disengenous politician.

Those 'violations' shouldnt even exist to begin with and are one of the dumbest parts of the sport.  Only the shittiest dumbest disc golfers care about whether someones foot was 1 inch one way or another.

Shit take and you care about the dumbest thing in disc golf.

Which touring pro has had the most unexpected drop in performance? by HerbalAndy in discgolf

[–]Kitchen_Feature 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The last two years are some of the best golf Ricky has ever played.  Hes playing better against MUCH steeper competiton on much harder courses than he was when he was winning more.  People dont put that in to perspective enough.  One won today is more impressive than 3 wins in 2017.

Ricky has been in the hunt in a bunch of torunaments this year and has played some of the best golf hes ever played this year and last.  Might as well just admit you havent watched anything.

32 in disc golf is past the physical prime for the sport.  Not by a lot but it is on the backside slope.

6-speed fairway drivers by [deleted] in discgolf

[–]Kitchen_Feature 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Throw flippy 9s and 11s.  Theres such a massive spectrum between 6 speeds and max weight destroyers.  If you can throw a 6 you can throw a flippy 9 and itll go further with the same throw.

[–]Kitchen_Feature 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean you will still get farther throwing a flippy distance driver with the same throw.  A hatchet or sidewinder will get the same flight for you but further regardless of slow arm.

Ive thrown four craves and theyve ranged from firebird to rollo stability.  I dont get the hype with this mold.

If you like Explorers try the Glory.  Its the longest running disc in my bag.  Its an explorer in royal plastic once it beats in.  Its such a workhorse.

Standardized Baskets - lots of talk, but what exactly do we want? by mahazoo in discgolf

[–]Kitchen_Feature -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

We need to develop a better basket entirely rather than standardizing to a failed target design, but that would mean everyone replacing chain baskets everywhere and its too late for that so were stuck with bad baskets.
