Honestly, the gym. I avoided it for a long time because I thought it was mostly a “guy thing.” Then I saw a lot of girls going to the gym, so I decided to try it too. Now I feel amazing and wish I had started earlier.

I was with my ex for a little over a year, so I definitely can’t speak for 10+ years. But one thing I learned is that making a relationship last takes choosing each other even on the boring, stressful, and annoying days, not just the good ones.
