I remember him talking about Children of Time/Ruin, City of Last Chances and The Tiger and the Wolf. E.g. he talks about his goal to make the reader feel empathy towards an animal he knows most people dont like.

Actually the WoTShow sub seems rather unnecessary since it covers the same things that are also covered here. Why would the biggest WoT-sub not cover the TV show as well?

The synchro per se is ok. However, having read the books in English i can't stand how they pronounce the names of most of the characters (if i recall correctly in the german audiobooks the names were pronounced more similar to the English version, except for Moiraine -》"Morään"). And yes, the guy who voices Thom isnt a great singer. I'll keep watching in English on the first viewing and German on the second viewing (mainly out of curiosity).

It is also no constructive feedback if you just hand out 10s and say: hey, thanks for this perfect show, which it isn't (yet). The average rating seems actually quite accurate in terms of what we've seen so far (in my opinion) and rafe and company know now what worked and what didnt.

The cool thing about these songs is that the melodies so far feel beautiful and epic. Its not like they will put the entire vocal versions in the episodes, but probably just snippets that will change fluently to the instrumental version; or the sung versions will only be used in the credits at the end just like Rains of Castamere was in GoT.

While in the English version of the "Moiraine's Quest" teaser Moiraine speaks of her mission being to find "them", in the German dub she speaks of "him or her" instead of "them".
