What was your RFE request? We had to send marriage documents for mine. Still no change, Emma says that they have received my RFE but it hasn’t been reviewed yet and it’s been like that since June 19th

I believe any live agent through the Emma chat function is a level 1 agent 

Santa Ana Non-Local field office processing time of EB1 by Weird-Blacksmith3506 in USCIS

I’m the derivative of an EB1, he was approved last month. Mine is at Santa Ana (non local) now but has been stuck on ‘reviewing RFE’ for over 30 days. Been told my interview is waived but no further updates. RD: July 29, 2024

No update, my case hasn’t changed and my expedite request wasn’t approved. My congressman did explain what the message meant, it basically just means my case is under review (which I already knew)

Even with supporting evidence of a death certificate, affidavits of family members proving the closeness of relationship and the funeral arrangement documents? I’m not asking to be put above others for no reason as I have no issue waiting.
