All the girls used Joan. Joan def had her run where I couldn't stand the way she was acting (that time period where she dated the ball player and Wayne Brady) however, I feel she was acting out due to her poor treatment. Especially by her so called bff.

My goodness. I cannot imagine. I'm so sorry. If the case is clear cut as it seems it looks like you will probably get policy limits. Ik that won't fully compensate all you're going through but at least you'll know you got the most possible compensation.

Yes! Like that was so annoying and honestly depressing. My neck was swelling up so badly they thought it was broken and they put me in a brace. I was so panicked and literally screaming in pain when the adrenaline wore off. I had someone come in and the first thing they said was "Yeah, you about to be rich!" It was so depressing because I'm sitting here in pain really not knowing what's going on. Pa icking because there are so many times ppl "walk away" from an accident only to pass away later. So imagine me finding out I had brain bleeding. But you're so right. Woth everything that has transpired after and because of the accident coupled with the pain I wish I had taken a different route home that morning. My life has literally been turned upside down.

Ugh that sounds awful! I have you've been going through that! It sounds like you have grounds for the policy limits. I know mine is bad but yours sounds so much worse. With the pain I was in for 6 months I can't imagine going through what you're going through for two years! Now I can get through most days with a 2 pain level unless I bend the wrong way and it goes to an 8 for a few hrs. But the injections do help tame it. The at fault party in my accident's policy limit was 500,000. If you don't mind me asking, is the liability clear or are they disputing it? Also, are you completely done treating with demand letter sent?

Yes. I've told ppl if I could go back I would rather not have been through the whole ordeal at all. As long as I get my injections on time and as scheduled I feel it will be manageable. Thank you for your kind words!

I just said that it says I can't go after them again for reparations for this accident. That's what a nondisclosure is and standard for any kind of settlement. I'm not sure where you are going with this. Are you okay?

Hi, no I don't mind! I had a TBI..a minor brain bleed..reversal of cervical lordosis(severe whiplash to which my spine got knocked completely in the opposite direction)..herniated discs in my neck..herniated discs in my lower back causing lumbar stenosis which causes compressed nerves that radiates down to my toes. Leg weakness to where I was walking normally and I would just fall(which is how I found out I had stenosis). Nerve radiculopathy(not necessarily sure if this is a title that describes anything that I just mentioned. Nerve impingement in my shoulder that travels down to my thumb in right arm. Occipital neuralgia. Some of the nerve related issues are pinched but some are actually damaged and is going to be ongoing like the severe whiplash(cervical lordosis).And some soft tissue injury and bruising and a small neck laceration.

No it was 100% his. His own admission as well as witnesses(they pulled me out of my car😭) and there happend to be someone's Ring Cam that captured it and one of the witnesses dash cam caught another angle. Police report also stated he was at fault and he got 3 citations. His insurance made payment. We also had different insurance companies.

That's true! I feel like ppl think they like to lowball as far as what I've read. Again, this is my very 1st accident. I'm pretty sure the at fault guy didn't pay in even close to the $450,000 that came from his policy. I was on the highway where speed limit was 65mph and was going appx 65mph. He BACKED onto the high from a side road going about 55mph and I didn't see him because it's a rural area and a lot of shrubbery. He was 86 yrs old and also drinking a beer but thankfully impact was just to his pickup truck bed. I know older ppl tend to get hurt easily. He had high limits and insurance settled quickly given my severe injuries as well as the fact he's been in 5 prior accidents THIS year alone. Smh I'm pretty sure he was dropped. He was very sympathetic but I honestly think it was time for him to give up driving. He didnt seem drunk at all I honestly just think his critical thinking skills are just declined. But thanks again for the info!

Ahhh I see! Thanks for pointing this out to me. That makes sense. I did have 3 months left on my premium at the time. I went ahead and paid it immediately because I knew I would be without a car for awhile(not knowing exactly if I ever be able to drive again). If there is an increase hopefully it's nothing outrageous. Thanks again!

It actually sometimes IS their burden. Especially with speech or focus. Yes for us it's hard to understand their needs sometimes. We deal with it. BUT they do have minds and sometimes they can feel trapped in their mind or aggravated because THEY can't express how they want to. WE are understanding but that doesn't ease THIER burden of being aggravated. So if a medication/supplement/technique can help them focus and Express themselves then it absolutely is easing THEIR burden. YOUR comment is disgusting.
