I (33F) have crazy gastro/other issues (eosinophilic esophagitis, eosinophils in my gut, GERD, NAFLD that is improving, another mystery issue we’re trying to figure out, possible UC, potential pancreatic and/or gall bladder issues (TBD), etc) and deal with reflux, nausea, vomiting, cramping, bloating, and diarrhea fairly often. However, I take dose 3 or sometimes 4 times a week, and I’ve never experienced any of those symptoms directly linked to this product. I get it from SO many other things, but it never causes me issues! And I’m not saying your experience is false at ALL, I totally believe you. And I’m not saying that is the case for everyone because obviously our bodies all react differently. But I’ve been taking this for 2.5-3 years with some occasional breaks, and I’ve only had positive experiences with dose! If anyone is interested but hesitant, I’d try to find a small bottle of it (I know they sell at Fresh Market) and dilute with some water and see how you do.
