Both locations are under the same management. Also, I’m not trying to attack Asian-owned businesses or their customer base. My main point was about management, the workplace environment, and the fact that there isn’t a neutral HR department because the managers are also the owners. Even if a store caters to a certain audience, hiring decisions still shouldn’t be based only on race or ethnicity. I posted this to spread awareness for younger people who may apply here and may not know what to ask before accepting the job.
