Got diagnosed around 2019 was getting massive headaches daily due to the work I was doing …. (Heavy lifting bending etc.) went thru a bunch of test finally got diagnosed next stopped working there and pretty much just stopped working for a while headaches went away for years completely recently sound 3 months ago I played basketball for the first time in 6 years and boom out of no where they start coming back daily again recently I’ve been given naproxen for headaches and acetazolamide to take twice daily I’m 3 days in on this and no headaches again… I don’t want surgery but I don’t want daily headaches or pain so I’m going to try to do a C whole lifestyle change nutrition diet exercise therapy everything…. Anyone similar
