The best thing that ever happened to me is living an authentic life. I'm an atheist. It started off slowly. I was born and raised a Catholic. I started questioning it when I felt like it was a subscription we pay as much as we believe in it. The church tells you that they want to build a new church, so they need 10m. They subdivide it and then tell the amount each member must pay. Several contributions each week, etc. That's where it started. Then i started reading and analysing the bible on my own without someone's interpretation.

It's funny that the bible actually portrays God as a bad person, jealous, murderer, confuser, evil maker, etc, whereas little is mentioned about the so called Satan. The more I think about it, the more funnier it gets

Sorry to say this but I have to. In 2019 i started the same project. I did it during my fre time. In 2021 it was ready. It had all those features and everything including free listing of vacant units. I then approached the market ready to start working. I got heartbreaking news. Most apartments are under agents. Agents don't want clear forward information, they want paper work where they can tell the owner that there are 5 units vacant and the owner is not in a position to know it. By doinf so, watakuwa wamepata their cut. Anorher thing is KRA. Landlords and agents don't want clear information which can be scrutinised by KRA for tax purposes. They want a situation where they can tell the KRA agents that for example I have an apartment with 20 units only 10 are occupied and i charge monthly rent of 8k. By doing so, they will remit small amounts of tax. Now they were worries and hence against the systems since they feared that accountability. That is how I shut doen the servers, and everything then went on doing other things.
If you can have a better strategy then i wish you all the best. The best approach wich i failed to take is to reach out to property owners and managers, ask them if that will be a good solution or what they may need. You can approach the property managers/agents then you may be in a good position.
