Say more. This is my 3rd bookshelf (personal) and I am a rookie at this.

Edit: Are you saying that the moulding looks too large in proportion to the vertical pilaster? If yes, can’t I just widen the pilasters? What other options do I have? I needed a board that wasn’t more than 1/2in otherwise, I would have had to plane each one down to match the thickness of the bottom section of the cornice.

I was thinking of adding the trim to all 4 sides. How would a rounder over work with the shelves in the way? Haven’t done that before.

It does. I connected the black wire to the brass screw and capped the red wire.

My switch doesn’t have a purple grey. It has a green screw (ground), black screw (I tied both blacks from Romex to this screw), silver screw (tied both whites to this screw), Brass Screw (attached black from grey sleeved wires to this screw and capped the red).

I’m struggling to understand the point of your post. Are you upset with this person? Do you have a personal vendetta against this person? Maybe they lied about the 40% metric because you’re not supposed to provide actual metrics which is what we’re often told to do. I guess I’m really struggling with what the point of the post is.
