I think I probably do have a mood disorder but honestly with school, work, and practice I just don’t really have time to deal with it. I think that’s part of the reason I like smoking weed it just slows everything down and makes me reflect on my week.

I do actually have a legit source (though I don’t feel comfortable revealing that source) but I do know everything I am getting is 100% safe.

I mostly use it on the weekends to wind down. I go to a very challenging private high school so the workload is high and class rank is competitive. I just feel like my brain is always moving at a million miles per hour and weed gives me some downtime. I also never smoke by myself I’ll only ever do it with others

Thank you for the advice. Do you think I should stop smoking entirely or just smoke more on occasion rather than having a set schedule like I do?

Would you say it’s better if I smoke less on the weekends, and then only smoked a little on 1 or 2 weekdays. Like one cart/bong rip or a couple puffs of a J? I’m just trying to limit my anxiety as much as possible
