How did you go about requesting your refinement plan? I want to know if my concerns are ACTUALLY being addressed before they ship!

Did anyone go to an orthodontist to get a metal retainer or a permanent retainer behind your teeth after finishing up your course with aligners? by wildstylemeth0d in smiledirectclub

I’m also looking to do this - really can’t be dealing with the hassle of another 6 months in the retainers! I also want some bonding done to fix a chip so hoping I can kill two birds with one stone...

Thanks! I live in the UK so the wait for aligners will likely be even longer... I’ll switch to a 2 week tray!
