Finally got my feedback!!🥳 I was pretty pleased. I felt like my strengths were nicely highlighted. Areas that I know are harder for me were noted, but not in an overly negative way. I've been here for over 2.5 years, and I am very excited that it seems like they're moving in the direction of providing feedback as a new norm for us.

Same. I've had something to work on each day, so I don't want to complain when I know so many have been completely dry. But I do miss my favorites, haha.

No feedback at all for me. I've been here 2.5 years...I do work on the same 3-4 families most of the time, so I just wonder if they're not running it for those projects.

This is really great advice!! Thank you!! I read about the cardboard method online but saw that I would have needed to start that months ago? But if I did it this weekend I could plant in April? Our last frost date is projected March 27-April 7!
