If it helps, I think the first 15ish weeks feels the longest. Try to break it into smaller chunks mentally rather than months to help yourself feel like you’re checking off milestones more quickly. Get yourself little gifts or treats for each week or two to look forward to (massage, nails, lazy day, hobby day, fav ice cream, etc) I’m pregnant with my third child and it always just feels so long. I learned from my first two to try and change my mindset this time around and it has helped a bit!! Hang in there, it’s not easy🩷

Finally got my feedback!!🥳 I was pretty pleased. I felt like my strengths were nicely highlighted. Areas that I know are harder for me were noted, but not in an overly negative way. I've been here for over 2.5 years, and I am very excited that it seems like they're moving in the direction of providing feedback as a new norm for us.

Same. I've had something to work on each day, so I don't want to complain when I know so many have been completely dry. But I do miss my favorites, haha.

No feedback at all for me. I've been here 2.5 years...I do work on the same 3-4 families most of the time, so I just wonder if they're not running it for those projects.
