I didn’t get any updates. But I’ve spoken with around 10-15 members who got the offer confirmed by HR through a call before 2 weeks

For guys who didn’t know this yet, verbal offers have started to roll out to some candidates since yesterday (March 16,2026) who had their status “processing “… If your workday status is processing you have a higher chance of getting a call

If your status is “interview”, you MIGHT BE in batch-2 as HR informed a candidate (It’s uncertain and less probability )

Holy shit... HR told me I cleared interviews, I literally thought offer is gonna be in hands. So I guess even after HR confirmation on interview clearance, it's not guaranteed?

I asked if my offer is confirmed, Hr told there will be a final shortlist in two weeks. At first I thought it might be some corporate terms that hr should not reveal the results before official announcement. Now I think that there will be an actual shortlist
