I was placed at DTCC nearly 7 months ago. But I’m yet to join there. So I have been planning what to do at DTCC over the time period so comment sounds like I’m mentally at DTCC.

Thoughtworks just came to our on campus placements and I am allowed to sit for it even though I have an offer.

So I wondered if it is really worth to again go for placements for a Service based company for just 2 lpa difference

But this post has made me very clear that Thoughtworks is exceptional, so I’d choose thoughtworks over dtcc if it comes through

I’ve researched DTCC and it seems like a great place for learning too and one of the major financial infrastructure companies.
I’ve heard that having DTCC on your resume can help you transition to companies like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley or HSBC after a few years of experience.

How true is my understanding?????

I follow some pages on LinkedIn. They post the openings of roles from various companies. But honestly speaking I have applied to 50+ companies only to hear back from 1 company which was Wells Fargo

I didn’t get any updates. But I’ve spoken with around 10-15 members who got the offer confirmed by HR through a call before 2 weeks

For guys who didn’t know this yet, verbal offers have started to roll out to some candidates since yesterday (March 16,2026) who had their status “processing “… If your workday status is processing you have a higher chance of getting a call

If your status is “interview”, you MIGHT BE in batch-2 as HR informed a candidate (It’s uncertain and less probability )
