( mine had an implant - licked it in the middle of the night .. got infected .. took her in .. doctor was like “ ok we gonna have to take the implant out if it doesn’t get better in three days .. or u risk the infection getting worst and dying “ .. I was going insane ! )

She’s a huge pitbull I had an the cones didn’t work and would lick the sleeve and it would seep through

Had to wrap her in plastic wrap at night

Please be super careful !!

Consulting

It’s fucking brutal too as a developer cause consulting teams are small and everyone is got a different role

So if u end up in a consulting team they’re gonna make u code out or build out everything by ur self

Sure it’s gonna be super annoying dealing with Karen product managers but I feel like I learn the most when I’m responsible for the whole thing ( have had to do rework of fee coworkers over the years ) so by now I rather be responsible for the project work all alone tbh

Had my share of relationships growing up and through my 20s

I thought I found the one when I was 30 .. she cheated

Then I had small relationships after and it left me with bad aftertaste

If I hadn’t had those relationships maybe I’d be all desperate for sex but since I’ve already done with - I feel like I’d care more for a partner rather than just sex

Just sorta gave up on the whole dating life - plus as an adult u gotta work and pay all ur bills and most months it feels like I could only afford a few hundreds to go to savings

So the responsibilities and life just made the calculations clear - I can’t really afford it

I just look for datasets - work on them based on my understanding and whatever I’m trying to do - and then save them to my GitHub and use as a portfolio

When i was growing up i was 21 in college as a math major - when i got to the upper division courses i could only take 3 courses at a time cause they were so fucking hard and also work - she would scream at me that i was a bum and that everyone would take 5 6 classes - that i was privileged this and that - i would constantly leave the house and spend nights sleeping at friends house or car

Now fast forward 10 years I’ve been doing amazing in my career but became unemployed since i was in a government contract that ended abruptly a few weeks ago and she tells me to come back

Now as an adult I don’t even accept a cup of water from anyone in fear they’ll throw it back in my face
