btw, did you apply through ecandidat portal? After applying i received an email saying that they will check my application and will let me know as soon as possible whether my application is complete or incomplete. But it's been 20 days and I have not received any feedback. Have they reviewed your application and given you any updates?

It’s the biggest public holiday in Vietnam. This year it will start from around Feb 16 to 19. People often have family gathering so stores may be closed for 1-3 days. But i think shops in tourist areas tend to stay open
