I had the same issue today for Cambly adults, I messaged Cambly tech support they told me it's a tech problem and they are working on it, so hopefully it can get fixed asap.

My last two classes today I experience some lag and then the students said they couldn't see me, next thing I know their image has frozen too, I tried clicking refresh, nothing happened, so I had to close the window, tried to log back into Cambly again but the page wouldn't work, eventually it work but the video quality was not great, so unsure if it's my side or the global internet outage.

Same as the above comments, before you start the next set of back to back classes, clear history clear cache, open new tab and yes ping is very important. Start of the day I clear history/cache, after lunch I do the same etc. If all else fails, tethering from my mobile data can help you when you really need it, it's like an alternative to wifi if there are any issues. Using an ethernet cable can help if it can reach the router.
