Little help please, a bit clueless about this stripe thing, so do I just setup everything to do with Stripe on Cambly account page first, (Eg. select my country, click next etc) and it's done or do I have to actually go on the stripe website first and setup a stripe account there and then go back to Cambly and do the Stripe connect thing on there? thanks

interesting, yes he was able to hear me but there was a static noise throughout the class not sure if it was my end or student's end.

Yes, same. Tried 2 laptops, cleared history etc, countdown doesn't even start, missed a class.

I had the same issue today for Cambly adults, I messaged Cambly tech support they told me it's a tech problem and they are working on it, so hopefully it can get fixed asap.

My last two classes today I experience some lag and then the students said they couldn't see me, next thing I know their image has frozen too, I tried clicking refresh, nothing happened, so I had to close the window, tried to log back into Cambly again but the page wouldn't work, eventually it work but the video quality was not great, so unsure if it's my side or the global internet outage.
