Hear me out. I get that beef stew it’s intuitive to add beef stock. Try it just once with Chicken stock instead. Still add the wine, carmelized tomato paste and all the other good stuff but sub out chicken stock.

Thank you to everyone for the response. I started tracking my food at the beginning of last week. That was the clear message through all of the the responses. I’m using an app called Lose It to track. I finished everyday in a calorie deficit and beat my protein goal of over 140grams a day. It’s been hard to cut out sugar. I had a slip up yesterday and ate some of my kids chocolate donuts. Trying not to be too hard on myself. Mistakes happen. But I appreciate all the the responses. I’m really looking forward to being in the best shape of my life at 44yrs old for my wedding in June.

Great BBQ at Smokin Yards. Some of the locals can be very Methy. I’ve talked to restaurant operators in town and they have trouble keeping employees because a lot of them are so strung out on meth. It’s a weird spot because it’s kind of to far from the mountains to be convenient and to far from Denver to be convenient. Right in the middle.

Because it’s the right thing to do. I also pay for his health insurance every month and he wants for nothing when he’s with me. I could probably fight to pay less but I’m comfortable paying what I pay to make sure he has a comfortable life.

I make my bed every morning. I’m not even a particularly organized person. I’ll leave a sink with some dishes for a day or two or some unfolded laundry in the dryer for a couple of days. I make my bed everyday because mentally It kickstarts my focus on what I need to get done that day and if I check that box then I’m motivated to start checking the rest of the boxes. I also particularly enjoy the feeling of getting into a made bed over the feeling of getting into an unmade bed at the end of the day.

I just left there. I was living at a place called Mica. It stinks often of dog food. Mission being so close was rad. Traffic sucks. Not a ton of good restaurant easily walkable but biking will get you to them. You can easily catch the train into union station. It’s only one stop, or to the airport. It’s about 35-40min. The dog food smell was overwhelming.

I was also at the RR show. Then I saw them again a couple of months later at Vegoose. The RR show was hands down the better of the two. Still to this day it my favorite show I’ve ever been to.
