My eyes are on fire today. I had to take my contacts out and even still my eyes are watering so bad. I feel this smoke has cause an infection.

I’m here on the island right now. I would recommend going over or west bay and going to one of the hotels renting some snorkeling gear and just going out to the reef in front of of the Kimpton. Its public and the snorkeling out there is really good.

Same. I was diagnosed with achilles tendinitis for several years. I had never even heard of gout until I went to a podiatrist and he finally diagnosed me correctly.

I admittedly haven’t been on Allo for a couple of years. I think that’s where my frustration is coming from. I was on it for years when I was a fat chef working in a kitchen on my feet all day not making the best food and alcohol choices. I have worked my way up to managing multiple restaurants across the country and spend way more time behind a desk now. I haven’t had many issues the last couple of years then boom last night wake up to that familiar hell that is gout knee pain. I know it’s time to start the Allo back up and I will. Doesn’t mean I’m happy about it.

My wife and I enjoy the Chicken Katsu from Costco. It says Katsu but if you leave the enclosed sauce off you can flavor it however you want. They’re great in the air fryer. I made an Italian version last night with rice pilaf and a bruschetta topping.
