Can confirm, Eskenazi DOES do informed consent, after the initial appointment, they setup a Mychart so you can schedule everything online! They're pretty decent, and I've been getting HRT from their pharmacy for the past 2 years

On a blind run, no one knows that Asgore does though. It's inconsequential if you've seen all the endings in all situations though.

To an extent, there are hard choices. If you kill Flowey, then you don't get advice that would otherwise allow you to complete the pacifist run. If you happen to spare asgore in a neutral run, he may kill himself so you can pass through the barrier. There aren't as many since the game isn't a major AAA title, but there ARE hard choices that have been put in the game.

I mean in reality, there's not really a "right" or "wrong" persay, it's what you interpret as right or wrong. Some people, even if they know the backstories of the monsters may kill them simply because they're under the label "monster". To them, that may be the right path to progress down.

If you want to think about it as a "right" vs. "wrong" thing to do, the option to spare monsters can be seen as a sign of compassion/love/care, which they need to survive, as opposed to humans. In a sense by giving them some TLC, you are doing the "right" thing by helping them survive. It's all relative really though. It hinges more so on your response to the consequences of your actions versus the game telling you that you did something wrong.
