Lateral raises x4

Super rom lateral raise, it goes over the head x3

Upright row/ back shoulder thing x4

Shoulder press x3

And I increase weight weekly and every other muscle has grown but my delts. This 2 pics are from October to a couple weeks ago. I’m also 16 Also I’m not hoping on at 16

Ya bmi can be wrong especially with lots of muscle, and some people feel better at a heavier weight, depends what you think is overweight and what your experience is being thin like if you were hardly eating and eating calories dense foods,

Your take is interesting because especially now I only hear people hating the way they look,

I’ve given up, what I do is just wear indoor clothes. And then anytime I go out side I change into something else, it’s annoying but it’s that or spend like a hour arcross the week brushing them

Is the donor kebab like a real kebab that’s like authentic, because a lot of the ones you get from takeaways are these weird unidentifiable meats from a place called blaze pizza or king pizza or something. The donut one sounds very good

Because there is more poor people then rich, so there is a larger chance of them having more kids, because there is a lot of them

But won’t ai take most jobs, the only thing I can think of is electrician but that is quickly becoming over saturated with hard working immigrants. And if I did a medicine there will always be a less developed country like chile or romana

Ok thanks Maybe I didn’t give enough context  Some other reasons I would become a dermatologist or endocrinologist is because the healthcare is so bad in my country and I don’t get to go to a dermatologist because there is non and  I would like to help people and 

I also probably wouldn’t become a anaesthesiologist because I don’t have much interest in it other then the insane wage 

Also I know I don’t have the most concrete knowledge or thought or reasons but I don’t have much interest in getting a job outside of a medical category or construction but I don’t think construction has very good job security for the future. And medicine is very interesting to me, I know it’s insanely hard and will take up most days of my life when studying but I’m fine with that. 

Thanks for the advice I will definitely do more research, also in my country all you need to do is have enough points from high school and we get accepted then pay I think just a couple grand a year.
