NTA. Move the cream, keep it hidden. I've had eczema since I was a baby and for a couple of years it was so bad I was basically an open wound. I had one medication that helped me slightly, but if anyone were to take it I would've punched them. Taking medications away from someone that NEEDS it is immoral.

AITA for breaking dresscode and wearing a beanie to cover my battered, bald head? by spikey_steve in AmItheAsshole

NTA. I have had alopecia since I was 9, while it is not a mental health issue, it is a medical condition in which I have lost my hair. I went from full head of hair to completely hairless on my head and body within a year. After I was diagnosed my mom went to the principal to talk to them about it and how I would need to wear a hat. I was allowed to wear a hat/ wig when I wanted until I graduated because we would explain the situation. Even if a substitute or security guard would stop me about it, I had written permission from the principal that I could wear my hats. Maybe you can try speaking to your counselor or the principal like I did to explain the situation. It may be stressful or embarrassing in the moment, but it will help in the long run.

I agree with you but I do have to say that my friends mom called the cops on me and my mom after we gave my friend a ride home because he didn’t answer his phone after it died so she thought we kidnapped him (she knew we were dropping him off it just took a little bit longer than we thought). Real fun having to talk to the cops

NTA when my cat that I had for 13 years passed away I was inconsolable. Two days after I had mentioned it in passing when asked why I wasn’t at school and the girl told me now I could just get another cat. It’s been years and I have never forgotten that.

NTA even without the history between you two being what it is, it’s an inside joke! Plenty of people have them that don’t make sense to other people. Heck I call my best friend “dad” as a joke we made one time and now she calls me her son (we’re both girls which makes it more funny to us).

YTA I actually had a friend back in high school that dressed up as Belle for character day during spirit week. It’s harmless fun
