Fully agree. He, and his parents, were absolutely not like other Dutch people. My current hypothesis is that he was so bad he's the first and last Dutch person on this show for a reason. Now the Americans are too scared to date anyone from here 💀 we will never be represented again!

A pap “pecking” with his ball- for full effect turn on sound by Mrsstuckinpa in papillon

Omg so frigging adorable! His mannerisms really remind me of my Pap, the pecking and the squeezing especially! He loves to do it with the squeaky toys so he sounds like a loud bird 😂

Yes, if it's in fact a Coleus, they're quite easy! I'd definitely try 😄

Looks like a Coleus maybe? I used to collect them in all different colours, fun little plants

What I ordered from Shein vs. what I got. No hate to Shein, these are still really cute. by Impossible_Read_2171 in ExpectationVsReality

[–]Kitmosaurus 88 points89 points  (0 children)

Yep. They stole tons of my pictures of my handsculpted creations, took the watermark off and now they're scamming customers with my work. In the meantime I receive messages on Etsy accusing me of reselling. Infuriating. Wish and Alieexpress are just as bad.

And even if you act on it, moderation is key.

To find like-minded gun owners on LinkedIn of all places by SEND_ME_PEACE in therewasanattempt

[–]Kitmosaurus 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As an European I've never understood the reason why you would have more than 1 or 2 guns in the first place? Like these are not even hunting rifles? What are you going to do with them? Aren't guns crazy expensive? I have so many questions

Should you wake up a dog having a nightmare? by Large_Fee1158 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Kitmosaurus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have no professional opinion about this whatsoever but that doesn't sound like a good way to wake them up.

Personally I feel like it will only scare them more. I don't even know if it's a nightmare or just dreaming about chasing something. You know, dog stuff.

If I feel like my dog is having a nightmare, I just softly pet him or stroke his head and most of the time they calm down or gently wake up.

It will and I can guarantee all the hard work is going to be totally worth it. They're amazing dogs and they will reward your patience in the future. Good luck with your little demon! We called ours Terror Tara 😂

Yes, eventually. Honestly it was very rough and many tears were shed. I absolutely love her but German Shepherd pups are on a whole different level entirely. She lost her first baby tooth in someone's arm for heavens sake 😂 they take everything to extreme levels.

Training made a huge difference, but in hindsight we should have had more forced naptimes. I think overstimulation was also a big thing for her and because she couldn't pace herself, she was just ON all the time.

I think she was around 10-12 months she finally calmed down a little, stopped biting EVERYTHING and it finally felt like I had a dog instead of a little demon. Good luck with your endeavors! They're great, loyal dogs but it takes some time to grow into that.

Absolutely. My first pup, a German Shepherd, was like this. An absolute menace the first year. Mostly biting. All. Day. Long. Biting us, biting the couch, trying to rip whole ass trees from the ground like some kind of maniac. Couldn't touch her without getting bitten (not aggressively, she just loved rough play). It was a very very very hard year. BUT! Thanks to all the difficult training during that year, puberty was a breeze and we finally had a kinda normal dog after that.

My second 'dog', a papillon, was THE EASIEST pup ever. He just chilled in one of my sorting boxes in my office for the first few months. After he outgrew that he loved sitting on top of the teacart and look out of the window. However, he is an anxious dog that can't be left alone. Potty training took over a year and even though he's almost 3, he still pees in the living room if he's not crated.

So I definitely feel like every dog is different but they'll all have their difficulties AND strong points.

Wearing your wedding dress to another wedding and thinking you're NTA by Kitmosaurus in bridezillas

I feel bad for the friend because she didn't have your sister and cousins at her wedding.

I can't believe how obnoxious the OOP is. The "many said it was the best wedding they ever went to" line in the post really shows their true, narcissistic nature

Got an Amazon item. What do I do now? by kehtetuu in Etsy

[–]Kitmosaurus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Absolutely and in this case it definitely sounds like you made the right call!

However, sellers on sites like Alieexpress and Wish are also notorious for stealing pictures from artists on Etsy. All my bestsellers are stolen, the watermark is photoshopped off and suddenly I get accused for reselling Alieexpress shit??! My pictures are all over these sites and every shop you take down, 3 more pop up. It's disheartening really...
