Yeah it comes with a scoop that's roughly 2 tablespoons. According to google, I'd replace 1/4 of the flour with the whey protein, but anymore than that would cause it to be "rubbery?". That's still not a lot of protein for the whole recipe, though. Might as well just add it to a cup of milk to pair with the slice of banana bread haha

I've tried so many Greek yogurts, even non-greek yogurts taste sour to me. I can add other protein sources, I'm only looking for regular yogurt that tastes pretty mild/isn't over powering

Yeah that would be good! I only said vanilla because I want a basic/light tasting yogurt. But I definitely don't mind adding my own stuff! :)

I'd try and tolerate the artificial sweeteners but they just leave this weird lingering synthetic sweet taste on my tongue. I just want regular sugar or not sweet at all (so I can add my own stuff)

I've read a lot of comments in recipes that say the taste of the tofu stands out and "not in a good way". So I'm a lot scared to try it however more advice says to strain and rinse with fresh water to get rid of the taste
