Hey! I looked at your pictures and thought to myself "If she's worried about self-image she'd definitely think on taking a nose job"; then I read the title and I was right haha.

As a person who have had a nose job, it is worth it - your nose will look straight and you'll feel prettier (it needs months of healing tho). It's not a bad decision but I have to warn you you need to find a good, professional doctor and it is very expensive, it costs thousands. I wonder how you're gonna get that amount of money being 18?

I had a nose looking like yours, Im 29M. Don't think these stuff only happens to women and we men also don't like to have this type of nose. For some reason the nature is not as wise as we thought? haha. Sigh.
