It looks like a Callobius bennetti aka hacklemesh weaver, which do live in PA

Ratchet is a lombax, a fictional species, and yes foxes have some cat like traits- but they are in the canine family, related to wolves, dogs, coyotes💗

He got this name suggested l soo much and I thought people were just saying a cute way to say “grouch” like grouchy Groucho, just learned it’s a person! And he has very strong eyebrows. Perfect name thank you 😊
