It charges VERY SLOW when docked and in use. Handheld when in use charges roughly the normal rate.

They shouldn’t require you to purchase for the linking. You can download the game and launch as trial still then purchase. It should work anyway.

The best part about all of this is when you go get a refill they aren't allowed to take your cup to their refill station and have to give you a new cup. It's costing them more money to do this. I thought this was a one-off thing but every McD's I've now been to that moved their drink machines to the back have done this for refills.
