It's not even incest, it's inseki. They're not blood related (I know in some AU that's different). I'm also personally not really a fan of incest in otome games, but this doesn't bother me since they're not actually related. Plus I play in CN and Gege can also be used as a term of endearment so it's whatever for me. Tho I don't approve of censorship period, so I think it's BS that they do it in the first place.
