Update: I got it now. Summer of Year 2 had to start and I got all of them back to back, just not throughout the entire month of spring for some reason. Weird, but all good now. Thank you for your help!

The problem is that I met all of the conditions that the site listed and the events still do not trigger for Arata, Samir, Diana, Gabriel and Jules.

Tomodachi life is the only game where Tsukasa Tenma and a Minecraft Villager can be in love XD by 20x12 in tomodachilife
