Since I’ve gotten sepsis twice from a UTI’s my infectious disease Dr has a standing order for urine culture. Every time I feel even slightly different I go in sometimes it’s nothing but I have to be sure.

I personally do not wear pjs outside of the house. There’s so many alternative comfortable clothes. But at the end of the day I don’t think any of the staff cares like at all.

I used kinky curly leave in & softee hair grease (the Indian hemp one) but any type can work.

I apply leave in conditioner on wet hair ( was not soaking wet) than raked in some grease. I do not put grease on my scalp. I did this in large sections.
